If women are not able to study after 12th class due to poverty or financial constraints. Those women can continue their further studies under the Girl Child Distance Education Scheme. Under the point number 317.0.0 of the budget announcement of the year 2022-23 by Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, the Girl Child Distance Education Scheme has been implemented. According to which girl students taking admission in undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma and certificate programs of Vardhman Mahaveer Open University, Kota will have to pay the fee prescribed by Vardhman Mahaveer Open University, Kota at the time of admission. The same will be replenished by the state government when students apply online for scholarship/fee under DE-TE category on HTE portal (Government of Rajasthan)
